Connecting
people
One thing I’ve seen time and again throughout my career is the difference great connections can make. When people understand themselves and each other, communicate effectively and work well together, they achieve so much more. That’s why I love helping people build stronger relationships through my work with leaders, teams and individuals.
I also believe in making time to pause, reflect and really listen. For me, that means staying curious about people and the world around me, approaching life and work with kindness, and finding time to get out into nature and recharge. These are the things that matter to me, both professionally and personally.

I’ve been on the inside too
Before starting my own business, I spent 20 years in business partnering and leadership roles, followed by 10 years specialising in learning and development.
I’ve worked across a variety of industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. I’ve led teams, delivered transformational change, been part of senior leadership teams and partnered with executives.
That experience means I understand what it’s like on the inside – the pressures leaders and organisations face and the need for development to be practical, relevant and make a difference in the real world.
Working with me
I bring positivity, energy and kindness to everything I do. I want people to feel comfortable getting involved, having honest conversations and challenging their thinking – while enjoying the experience along the way.
For me, great development isn’t just about what happens on the day. Everything I deliver is focused on turning insight into action, with practical tools, clear takeaways and commitments people can put into practice straight away.
Ultimately, I want people to leave feeling more confident, more connected and excited about what they can do next.
